1. Medical Disclaimer

GutPal is a meal planning tool and is not a medical device. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The meal suggestions are for general informational purposes only. Always consult your physician or dietitian regarding your specific dietary needs and medical conditions.

2. Subscription

GutPal Pro is available as an auto-renewing subscription through the Apple App Store. A 3-day free trial is included. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. Sign-in is handled via Apple ID.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use GutPal for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage or impair the service.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
