1. License

Habit Hive is licensed to you under Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

2. Subscriptions

Habit Hive Pro is an auto-renewable subscription sold through Apple's App Store. Weekly, monthly, and annual plans are available. A free trial is included for new subscribers. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID Account Settings → Subscriptions.

3. Screen Time

Habit Hive uses iOS Screen Time (FamilyControls) to block apps during your habit window. You are responsible for configuring which apps are blocked. We are not liable for any access or restriction issues arising from Screen Time configuration.

4. No medical advice

Habit Hive is a productivity and habit tool. It does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

5. Your content

Photos you log are stored locally on your device. We have no access to them and cannot recover them if deleted.

6. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
