Her 75 is licensed to you under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
2. Subscriptions
Her 75 Premium is an auto-renewing subscription sold through Apple's App Store, available in weekly, monthly, and yearly plans. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID Account Settings → Subscriptions.
3. Not medical or fitness advice
Her 75 is a habit and challenge tool. It does not provide medical, dietary, or fitness advice. Consult a qualified professional before beginning any new diet or exercise program.
4. Your content
Proof photos and challenge data are yours. Photos stay on your device and your private iCloud; we have no access to them.
5. Community conduct
If you use Friends, you agree not to use display names, photos, or content that are abusive, harassing, or unlawful. We may remove content or accounts that violate this.
6. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
